Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada (ISED),Certification and Egnineering Burea regulates the sale of digital electronics in Canada, similarly to the regulation by the FCC regulation in the United States. The technical requirements are very closely harmonized with U.S. requirements, but in some cases additional testing, separate labelling statements or application procedures are mandated for Canada.
